2021 was an intense year covering operation, maintenance, consolidation, and supply activities. Thanks to a collaborative effort across departments, and together with our contract and industrial support colleagues, this essential technical support covered in 2021 already several thousands of gas supply and maintenance tasks. We finalized the consolidation activities for the East Area and soon also for the North area, bringing quite a large number of gas buildings and related installations back to required safety standards and optimizing the layout for faster maintenance ensuring enhanced reliability, as well as increasing our means of remote monitoring. We also continued the challenging renovation process of several dewars and the surrounding infrastructure, quite an impressive installation. Further facilitating the interface for our clients and users, the SNOW/Infor/EDH process will finally be upgraded to an integrated Infor/AIS solution, likely going live as from early 2022.
