AD/ELENA ready for post LS2

Our group name being ‘Experimental Areas’, clearly we should start with one of those, thus alphabetically let us go with AD/ELENA first. Please find below several pictures collected by Francois, nicely illustrating the important changes carried out in AD/ELENA during this important year of LS2. Our group was involved in many related activities and tasks, ranging from integration, design, implementation, and coordination. ELENA operation has already started and when I recently visited the hall, I had the pleasure seeing all experimental teams already intensively preparing their setups for 2021 physics runs. 2020 also laid the ground of a possible future experiment (currently considered for approval at CERN’s Research Board) – the PUMA endeavor where the collaboration and CERN might soon transport anti-matter from AD/ELENA to the ISOLDE facility, performing measurements never done before. This is only possible thanks to the work of many of you!
