Served by the 24 GeV/c PS proton beam, the East Area contains four beam lines, T8, T9, T10, and T11. The East Area complements the test-beam activities in the North Area by hosting several hundred users per year, and has undergone a complete overhaul to provide test-beam users the most efficient secondary beamlines.
